For vaccination of healthy cattle as an aid in the prevention of disease caused by BVD Types 1&2, PI3, BRSV and the 5 most common strains of Lepto, including L. hardjo-bovis, prevention of urinary shedding of L. hardjo-bovis in heifers 10 months of age or older, and as an aid in the reduction of disease due to IBR. Vaccinated animals subsequently exposed to L. hardjo-bovis have been shown to clear renal infections within 8 weeks of exposure.

Dosage: 5 ml IM or subcut, repeat in 14-28 days. Revaccinate annually or prior to time of stress or exposure. Calves vaccinated under 6 months of age should be revaccinated at 6 months. May be administered to pregnant animals at any stage of gestation. Protect animals from exposure for at least 14 days after last dose. 21-day slaughter withdrawal.

Indications: This product has been shown to be effective for the vaccination of healthy cattle, including pregnant cows, against infectious bovine rhinotracheitis (IBR), bovine virus diarrhea types 1 and 2 (BVD1 & BVD2), parainfluenza 3 (PI3), bovine respiratory syncytial virus (BRSV), Leptospira canicola, L. grippotyphosa, L. hardjo, L. icterohaemorrhagiae, and L. pomona. This product was licensed prior to the requirement to establish a minimum age for use. The duration of immunity has not been determined. For more information regarding efficacy and safety data go to productdata.aphis.usda.gov.

This product has also been shown to be effective against urinary shedding of L. borgpetersenii serovar hardjo (type hardjo-bovis) in heifers 10 months of age or older. Vaccinated animals subsequently exposed to L. borgpetersenii serovar hardjo (type hardjo-bovis) have been shown to clear renal infections within 8 weeks of exposure.

Directions and dosage: Mix well. Inject one 5 mL dose intramuscularly or subcutaneously using aseptic technique. Repeat in 14 to 28 days. Protect animals from exposure for at least 14 days after the last dose of vaccine. Contact your veterinarian or the manufacturer for information on revaccination frequency.

Precautions: Store out of direct sunlight at 35-46°F (2-8°C). Do not freeze. Do not mix with other products. Use entire contents when first opened. Do not vaccinate within 21 days before slaughter. Transient swelling may occur at the injection site. In case of anaphylactoid reaction, administer epinephrine. In case of human exposure, contact a physician.

Preservatives: Gentamicin, neomycin, polymyxin B, and thimerosal.

I love the Clipper, but….

The clippers work great on my Black Russian Terrier. Great price at Houlihan. When it arrived the blue Clipper cover was not attached and the screws were missing. I had to order screws from a clipper repair service and with that shipping charge the cost of the clipper was back up to what other sellers charge.
