Returns are accepted within 30 days of when order is placed. All return items must be new and show no noticeable use or wear and must be in the original box including all parts, accessories, and packaging. Please contact us if you would like to make a return. Customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs on returns. Return invoice and shipping label can be emailed if requested.
Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days after item arrives back to the saddle shop. If return was paid by card. Depending on your bank, it may take 7-30 days before your money is returned on your card.
All custom leatherwork or special orders are not refundable unless a mistake was made by the maker on the order.
If the package arrives damage, please contact ASAP and save all packaging so we can get the issue resolved. Damages must be reported within 72 hours after the order is delivered.
