Directions For Use:

To Support Lungs: Orally dose 50 mL (half tube) 1 hour prior to competition or training. To Support Circulation of the Feet & Body:

Orally dose 50 mL (half tube) twice daily for 3 days, thenonce daily until enhanced circulatory support is no longer needed.
