One Shot is a bacterin-toxoid for vaccination of healthy cattle as an aid in preventing bovine pneumonia caused by Mannheimia haemolytica type A1. One Shot is an inactivated, freeze-dried product prepared from whole cultures propagated to increase the production of leukotoxin and capsular and cell-associated antigens. A sterile diluent containing adjuvant to enhance the immune response is used to rehydrate the freeze-dried bacterin-toxoid.
One Shot is for Use in Newborn Calves. Aids in the prevention of Pasteurella Mannheimia caused by shipping fever in cattle. Efficacious after one dose. Contains a capsular antigen and leukotoxoid for two-way protection.Â

Directions for Use:
General Directions:Â Vaccination of healthy cattle is recommended. Aseptically rehydrate the freeze-dried component with the sterile diluent provided, mix well, and administer 2 mL subcutaneously. In accordance with Beef Quality Assurance guidelines, this product should be administered in the neck region.
Primary Vaccination:Â Administer a single 2-mL dose to healthy cattle. Only a single dose is necessary to confer active immunity. For more information on revaccination frequency, in general or in the face of maternal antibody, stress, or a disease exposure, consult your veterinarian.
Precautions:
Store at 2°-8°C. Prolonged exposure to higher temperatures and/or direct sunlight may adversely affect potency.
Do not freeze.
Use entire contents when first opened.
Sterilized syringes and needles should be used to administer this vaccine.
Do not vaccinate within 21 days before slaughter.
This product has not been tested in pregnant animals.
As with many vaccines, anaphylaxis may occur after use. Initial antidote of epinephrine is recommended and should be followed with appropriate supportive therapy.
Do not mix with other products, except as specified above.
