Multi-Loc Leg Bands are made of flexible plastic measuring 1-1/2"x13-1/2". Easy-to-apply, reusable bands are not affected by hot or cold weather. Available blank or hot-stamped.
Position well above the ankle. Pull end of band through buckle until snug. For quick installation, moisten serrated end of band with water.

I bought these to use as collars for alpacas. By connecting 2-3 together you can easily cut to adjust and leave room for fleece growth. Sharpie works great to write their name. Colors can be used to ID sex and any conditions - pregnancy, special diet, etc.
Ordered for my son as this was one of his requests for Christmas. He was very pleased.
