CMPK Gel is a mineral supplement for the use in fresh cows. It contains calcium, magnesium, phosphorous and potassium to maintain normal levels of these minerals around freshening. For use as a nutritional supplement for dairy cattle during calving. Contains calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium. This combination of nutrients helps maintain normal mineral levels during freshening and the critical post-partum period. Phosphorus and potassium provide a balance of these minerals, which may be lacking in certain cows at parturition.
Durvet CMPK Gel Features & Benefits:
- For dairy cattle during calving to provide high level of calcium and other minerals
- Tube Size: 300 ml. Requires the use of a Gel/Paste Applicator (sold serperately).Â
Directions:
- Hold head of the cow in a slightly elevated position
- Place nozzle near rear of mouth. Use of hook nozzle recommended.
- Discharge entire contents of the tube.
- Â Hold head up and allow animal time to swallow.
Give one tube prior to or after calving and second tube 12 to 24 hours after calving.
Important Note:Â 300 mL tube requires an applicator gun (sold separately).
