Calf Pro Medicated is a unique liquid supplement for neonatal calves that offers immediate protection against coccidiosis. Regular feeding enhances early structural growth and calves tend to consume more starter feed. Early protection minimizes intestinal damage.
A medicated supplement for the control of coccidiosis caused by Eimeria bovis and Eimeria zuernii in cattle and is a source of supplemental vitamins. Unique liquid supplement that provides coccidiosis protection and vitamin fortification to calves from birth to weaning.
Reduces morbidity rate, allows the calf to develop natural immunity against coccidiosis. Contains Bovatec (lasalocid), an early-acting coccidiocide that kills Eimeria bovis and E. zuernii before they can reproduce and cause intestinal damage.
Directions: Add 10 ml to whole milk or reconstituted milk replacer. Each ml provides medication and vitamin supplementation for 11 lbs of calf body weight (10 ml/110 lb calf). Use continuously after colostrum feeding has been discontinued (day 2-3) and until calves are consuming dry feed with coccidia medication to get proper levels, usually at 4-5 weeks of age.
Dosage: Add 10 ml to whole or reconstituted milk replacer once daily. Feed until calves are consuming enough dry medicated calf starter to receive proper medication levels.
