Bovi-Sera for cattle and sheep should be administered immediately prior to a suspected disease outbreak. The prevention provided will last approximately 7 to 21 days, depending on the species of animal in which is injected and the level of bacterial disease exposure. As prevention wanes, due to time, it can be re-administered to increase the measure of prevention. As a treatment, it can be administered to aid in the treatment of bacterial diseases previously listed. Treatment can be repeated as needed and can be used in conjunction with other treatments, i.e. antibiotics.
Does not interfere with or leave a residue in lactating animals. May be used on pregnant animals. Antiserum for prevention and treatment of A. pyogenes, Pasteurella multocida, E. coli, Salmonella typhimurium and Mannheimia haemolytica in cattle and sheep. For use as an aid in the prevention and treatment of enteric and respiratory conditions caused by the micro-organisms named.

Directions for Use:Â
Do not vaccinate within 21 days before slaughter. Shake well before use. Use entire contents when first opened. Store at 2-8°C. Do not freeze. Do not mix with other products.
Dosage & Administration:Â
Inject subcutaneously or intramuscularly.
Prevention:
Calves:Â 20-40 ml - as soon after birth as possible.
Cattle:Â 50-75 ml
Sheep:Â 10-15Â ml
Treatment:
Calves:Â 40-100 ml
Cattle:Â 75-150 ml
Sheep:Â 20-40 ml
Administer at 12-24Â hour intervals until improvement is noted.
